1. Rental Term

- 7-day rental period, renewable upon approval.

2. Authorized Driver

- Renter is the ONLY authorized driver.

3. Prohibited & Approved Use

- No smoking of any kind.
- No off-road or illegal use.
- Approved: Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, Grubhub.

4. Vehicle Condition / Damage

- Pre-trip walkthrough required.
- Renter responsible for new damage. - Excessive dirt fee up to $150.
- Smoking fee $250.

5. Fuel Requirement

- Must return at or above pickup level. - $5.00 per gallon if returned with less.

6. Tickets, Violations & Tolls

- Renter responsible; $25 processing fee per incident.

7. Towing & Impound

- Renter responsible for all related costs.

8. Keys & Accessories

- Lost key fee: $200.

9. Insurance & Liability

- Renter accepts full financial responsibility.

10. Mechanical Issues

- Must report issues immediately.

11. Mileage

- Unlimited miles.

12. Return Condition & Late Fees

- Late fee: $25/hr or additional day fee.

13. Payment Terms

- Rental Fee: $300 per week - No deposit required
